Rush job and it shows

Video streaming keeps cutting out every 12 sec.
Every time I start the app it whines about location, even after I gave it my ZipCode, guys, thats all you -need-. Worry about app quality first, worry about tracking later.
Severe weather alert button was on second page, dont cha think a severe alert rates a front page position?
One word, "iPad".
There is some promise here, but needs a lot of work.
