Video Stream Doesnt Work

I wrote a long review and accidentally backed out and lost it. So Im just going to say if you want to gain viewers you need to make a good first impression. I love what you do with live weather but my cable provider doesnt carry you so I downloaded the app and PAID for it and I cant even stream video because it crashes every 3 seconds and wont work.

PLEASE FIX VIDEO STREAM.
